Empowering Manager Workshops In my experience, the insights we get when physically and mentally engaged in a task can be much more powerful, and longer lasting in their impact than theoretical learning on its own. Therefore Experiential Learning is an important element in the workshops I offer.
In creating trainings and workshops, I draw on many of my experiences including management, coaching, leadership, Tai Chi and Japanese Taiko Drumming. Everything I provide is always tailored to the client’s own needs so what follows are just some examples of what can be provided. Elements from each example can be combined as required.
Tai Chi at Work
Participants work with the principles of Tai Chi, both solo and in groups, to draw insights applicable to the world of work. In particular, activities will include interacting with, and leading, others.
