The Complete Illustrated Guide to Tai Chi Includes very good  background on Tai Chi, illustrations and description of the Yang Short Form, including Dr Chi's variation of the Cheng Man-ch'ing Short Form, which is taught in this class.

Paul Lam and Judith Horstman (2002)  Overcoming Arthritis Dorling Kindersley Includes the Sun Style Tai Chi for Arthritis form that Dr Lam created for people with arthritis.  NOTE: this book may be out of print in the UK - ask at class or order direct from Paul Lam's own site to have books sent from Australia  www.taichiproductions.com  price at Autumn 2008 US$14.95 plus postage.

Master Lam Kam Chuen  The Way of Healing, Gaia Books Ltd.  This book includes exercises to build health, including exercises suitable for times of illness or convalescence that can be done lying down or sitting. There are also several other Gaia titles by Master Lam, including the The Way of Energy and The Way of Power.
