This class covers the Yang Short Form designed by Cheng Man Ching with additions by Dr Chi Chi Chiang-tao. Beginners and continuing students are welcome, and the class is suitable for people who are more physically mobile, but it is not necessary to be super-fit to take part. This one hour weekly class is suitable for everyone, regardless of how mobile you are. Wheelchair and stick users are welcome. This year, the class will study Short Form, along with how to make adaptations to the moves to suit a person's physical condition. Classes also include working with props and weapons such as Tai Chi Rulers, Fans and Swords. See Resources for recommended book.
