The Handling Stress Positively programme is for people who want to reduce the impact of stress and are ready to take action.  Participants find out about, and use, new tools by working through their own real life situations.  It is not a theoretical course, it is very practical, and it will be the actions you take that make it work for you. 

 

At the end of the programme you can expect to

  • be more motivated to reduce the impact stress is having on you.

  • have an action plan and begun to take action.

  • know how to be aware of more options and possibilities.

  • feel more in control of the stresses and pressures in your life.

  

Philosophy

 

The programme will focus on solutions rather than problems.  For example looking at what is already working in your life and seeking to amplify that.  Action planning will focus on taking small steps to move further towards the way you want things to be.  

 

Formats 

  • Group Programme:  Group Workshops, complemented by one to one coaching and spread over four weeks for sustained impact.  Two Group Workshops of two hours PLUS two one-to-one telephone calls with the presenter. 

  • 1:1 Programme:  Four meetings, either face to face or on the phone.

Certified Professional Coach, Trainer and Tai Chi teacher
