JUNE UPDATE
Norway
Just back from the International Coach Federation European Conference in Norway where I heard many inspiring talks and I’m pleased to say my own presentation was very well received. Click here for more on the Conference and my presentation.
After the Conference, I was up in the mountains near Oslo, supporting a wonderful new residential Leadership programme. Leading early morning outdoor Tai Chi sessions with the participants was a special treat for me, and being in the vast stillness and beauty of the Norwegian countryside an extra bonus. Simplify
I got back from Norway to find the garden a mass of glorious flowers and green. Some of the green was weeds – that is unintended plants. In one border however, the weeds have completely taken over. Special plants I put there a few years ago have been buried under grass and over-enthusiastic shrubs.
The coming months are looking as busy as the first half of 2005, so I’m looking hard at my diary to see what special things have been squashed out by mistake, and how I can clear space for them. Creating your business image
In just a week’s time, I’ll be hosting Gerina Gaffney’s visit to the UK. When I first heard the phrase ‘You can’t have your cake and eat it’ at about 9 years old, I decided that I would have my cake and eat it.
